A Horizon Europe timesheet template
A monthly time record for one person: work packages down, the days of the month across, totals and the day-equivalent arithmetic in the sheet, and the two signature lines the agreement asks for. Free, and no email address required.
How it is computed
- 1
One sheet per person per month. Enter the hours per work package per day; the totals and the day-equivalents compute themselves.
- 2
Have the person and their supervisor date and sign it — the EU general model grant agreement 2021–2027 asks for time records “dated and signed at least monthly by the person working for the action and their supervisor” (Article 20).
- 3
Keep it with the grant’s records: five years after the payment of the balance is the usual retention the agreement sets.
