Horizon Europe

Horizon Europe grants run on the EU general model grant agreement 2021–2027: personnel costs per day-equivalent, time records signed monthly by the person and their supervisor, cost categories A to E, and a certificate on the financial statements above the threshold in the Data Sheet. Beneficia is built on that agreement.

What Beneficia applies

1Actual costs, so the record is the evidence

Under the actual-cost model every declared euro of personnel cost traces to a person, a day-equivalent and a payslip. Beneficia keeps that trail: the hours in the grid, the month’s two signatures, the lock at the rate in force, the cost statement’s arithmetic, and the audit chain over all of it.

2Coordinator or partner

Beneficia models your role in the consortium. A coordinator sees every beneficiary’s column of the budget and every deliverable; a partner sees its own column and what it leads. The agreement itself is the same document either way.

Questions

What about grants signed under Horizon 2020?
The 2014–2020 agreements use hourly rates and 1 720 hours a year. Beneficia models the 2021–2027 agreements; ask us about an older grant before your demo.
Does it handle the Lump Sum MGA?
Yes — see Horizon Europe lump sum: work packages with fixed amounts, declared when complete, no cost statement.
