Horizon Europe lump sum

Under the Lump Sum Model Grant Agreement the grant is a fixed amount per work package, paid when the work package is complete. There is no cost statement to defend — and no reason to lose the effort record that shows the work was done.

A lump-sum grant is assessed on whether the work packages were completed as described. Your own management still needs to know who spent what on which work package, and the people on that grant still count their days against the ceiling of other, actual-cost EU grants.
